Gavin Black & Partners is a partnership between Gavin Black FRICS and Christopher Pearson BSc (Hons) MRICS MBA.

Both are well-known figures in the property sector.

Gavin was a founding partner of Swaisland Black & Partners in 1973, and then Gavin Black & Partners in 1979 before merging with Chesterton in 1987, becoming managing director of Chesterton’s commercial division and Chesterton’s deputy chairman from 1992.

Christopher started his property career with De Groot Collis in London who merged with Chesterton and became its London West End director before moving to Newcastle where he held the senior post of Regional Director with responsibility for offices in Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle.
