INVESTMENT REQUIREMENTS

We are retained by a number of investment clients on whose behalf we are seeking investments in the following categories:

In lot sizes from  £1m to £10m. Single or multi tenanted. From  Leeds / Manchester to Edinburgh / Glasgow

Industrial / Warehouse Investments
In lot sizes from £.5m to £5m. Single tenant, modern premises and well located for the principal road network. From  Leeds / Manchester to Edinburgh / Glasgow

Retail
In lot sizes from £.5m to £5m in good High Street locations in market towns as well as City Centre locations let to good quality tenants. We are also interested in acquiring small shopping centres where further investment is required.
